We found a recipe online for pulled pork sandwiches and were they ever delicious. We took a 2 pound pork tenderloin, poured a can of root beer over it in the crock pot and cooked it on low for about 6 hours. When it finished, we drained it and then added some slathering sauce from the Dinosaur Bar-B-Que. Then Nick topped it off with some copy cat KFC Coleslaw. And to make it even easier, instead of the cabbage we used 2 bags of slaw mix from the grocery store.
Now if we could only get the Dinosaur Bar to open up on the waterfront here!
