Aren't they beautiful? And we live in a "neighborhood", not out in the country. It is sad the way we are pushing them out of their homes. Now my husband is obsessed with watching for them every night.
Yes we do, but I won't let him do it every day. Don't know if it is keeping them from eating our bushes or attracting them to our bushes! Guess I will find out in the spring.

We've got them, too. Mama and as many as four babies with her, regularly going after the hanging birdfeeder near our arbor in the front. She sucks it down like it's a pixie stick.
that is super cool. do you put out a little extra hoping they will come back or bring buddies?
